Conditions for exchange or return:

• Parts condition unused or undamaged.

• The exchange is of the same value, and a 2.5% administrative fee is deducted from the amount returned to the customer if the payment was made via (Mada-Apple Pay-credit card) and a 7% charge if the purchase was made through (Tamara / Tabby)
• You will be contacted to return the amounts due to you through the payment method used or through a bank transfer to one of the accounts in Saudi banks within 2 working days after the shipment reaches us from the shipping company. It will be checked according to the above terms of return .
• The cost of shipping purchases to the address of the Swar Al-Nimr Jewelry store is at the expense of the customer in the event that he wishes to return.

• Maintenance is free for manufacturing defects only
• Free resizing with purchase
• Maintenance does not include adding gold or precious stones, and the customer bears the value of adding any piece.
